Cosmetic dentist, Dr. Baker is a Raleigh native who attended Cardinal Gibbons and Sanderson High Schools. Undergraduate studies were completed at North Carolina State University. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984 at which time he opened his private practice offering a wide rage of cosmetic, restorative and preventative services.

Dr. Baker is an active member of the Raleigh-Wake County Dental Society, The North Carolina Dental Society, The ADA, The Academy of General Dentistry and is a preferred LVI Dentist.
Dr. Baker considers continuing education to be the major aspect in providing the highest level of care for each of his patients. He continues to study at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, enabling him to offer the most advanced technology and skills available in aesthetic and neuromuscular dentistry.
Dr. Baker is an Eagle Scout and past Scout Master and continues his relationship with the Boy Scouts of America as an advisor.
An avid record collector, Dr. Baker is a six-time President of the Association of Beach and Shag Club DJ's and is a member of the Beach Music DJ Hall of Fame. He also enjoys fitness, gardening and motorcycling. Dr. Baker and his wife, Donna have two grown daughters, Ashley & Courtney. They enjoy spending time with friends, and family at the beach, along with their two greyhound rescues, Farah and Walnut.
